“Sur la Prade’ is situated on a secluded c.2 acre wooded plot with no near neighbours and breath taking views over an unspoilt river valley and the hills beyond. It is c.12 minutes by car from the spectacular medieval walled town of Domme. The accommodation sleeps 8, but can be stretched to sleep 10 under certain sleeping configurations, with 1 family bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom (fold up baby cot and child’s bed settee available), lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, WC and garage. There is an upstairs balcony and a 10M X 5M private heated swimming pool with sun terrace. Appliances provided include: WiFi, satellite TV with both French and English channels, radio, standing fan, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge. There are electric wall heaters for the colder times of the year. Linen is provided. The pool is fenced and gated.
There is a large sun terrace around the heated swimming pool, which has a solar shower. The pool area is fenced and gated.
Superb views of the Ceou river valley some 300ft below. The steep walk down to the river takes about 12 minutes.
Sur la Prade is situated off a small track on a forested hillside in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The dining room provides space for a large party to enjoy an informal meal French style, with easy serving access from the kitchen.

You can lounge by the pool, soak up the sun or enjoy a refreshing bathe in the 10m X 5m secluded heated swimming pool.

This double aspect room has 2 singles & a child’s bed settee, making it suitable for 2 or 3 people with lovely views over the pool & valley
The twin room has French windows onto the balcony and fabulous views into the valley below.
This is the downstairs double bedroom with 2 bedside tables and a double wardrobe.
Main bedroom provides 3 door wardrobe for your things with a full length mirror to help you dress for nights out. The room also has views of the private woodland.
Wildlife abounds. There is a pair of rare Hoopoes in the area, along with Green & Great Spotted Woodpeckers, Red Kites, Buzzards & Kingfishers. There can also be found rare woodland orchids in the grounds and ancient stone ruins in the surrounding woodland.
